What is Macnica Premium Support for Splunk?

It is a service that supports solving problems in "How" of customers who want to use Splunk more. With this service, beyond the scope of normal technical support, we will provide technical support for customers who collect new logs, create dashboards, and perform version upgrades, as well as video services for acquiring, maintaining, and improving skills.

What is Skill Up Package?

The contents of hands-on training (300,000 yen/person), which has been provided on-site so far, are made into a video, and can be viewed anywhere, regardless of time. Content will be added and updated as needed so that new information can be touched.

Current offer content

57 contents including basic knowledge of data storage, fields/tags/event types, search commands, saving reports and alerts, how to create lookups, dashboards, etc. (As of July 18, 2024)

About paid and free versions

Videos on how to use Splunk's basic functions for beginners are available as a free version.
Content for administrators regarding Splunk design and construction, as well as content for users regarding search and visualization, are available in the paid version.
