(head office and factory: Togo-cho, Aichi-gun, Aichi Prefecture; President: Shigeo Aiba; hereinafter referred to as Togo Manufacturing) and supporting the creation of new added value.

Togo Seisakusho is a leading manufacturer of small automotive spring products, strongly driving the market, and in 2020 was selected as one of the global niche companies by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. However, it is highly rated. From April 2023, the Digital Promotion Office, which has been promoting IoT in the field, and the System Development Division of the General Affairs Department, which was the information system department, have merged to form a new Digital Promotion Department, and various information acquired on the field. It became necessary to visualize and visualize the situation. Therefore, we decided to introduce DSF Cyclone, Macnica 's manufacturing site DX service.

At Macnica, we develop and sell DSF Cyclone based on our many years of experience supporting data utilization at manufacturing sites. DSF Cyclone has a track record of being implemented in various manufacturing processes, and is a service that enables the collection, accumulation, and analysis of data on equipment and workers at manufacturing sites. At manufacturing sites where it has been introduced, efficient manufacturing is achieved based on daily performance data.

Togo Manufacturing will utilize DSF Cyclone in the future to realize small starts and quick wins on the pilot line, horizontal deployment from upstream to downstream, and standard data collection and accumulation. We will then aim to create an environment in which the entire production line can be understood, the movement of intermediate inventory and the cash flow of each factory can be visualized for management, and the optimal production plan can be instructed based on the data.
