-
Inclusion
We will create an environment where everyone can respect each other, clarify various aspects of themselves with confidence, and openly share their own perspectives and ways of thinking, while making good use of "differences."

Position: Deputy General ManagerYukiko Nakahara
self-introduction
After working as a systems engineer at a sales company for a camera manufacturer, I joined Macnica in 2006. Since joining Macnica, I have gained a wealth of experience, having mainly promoted the launch of the operations system and been involved in company-wide projects such as ERP integration, WMS implementation (warehouse management system), support for the integration and launch of domestic and overseas logistics bases, and operational integration at domestic subsidiaries.
In the Business Promotion Headquarters where I work, we collect business operation issues from the field and work with the IT department to have operational users themselves improve efficiency through RPA development, so there is a wide range of career development opportunities beyond just operations.
I feel that I have grown significantly thanks to my experience in all operations at Macnica, from purchasing to logistics to sales, in addition to the IT literacy I developed in my previous job. I would like to promote and support the development of diverse careers within Macnica in the future.
