The MOTIX™ Driver series offers a lineup of multi-MOSFET drivers primarily for DC motors and gate drivers for brushless motors.

The multi-MOSFET driver is ideal for BCM, power seat, and door applications that require multiple motors, and can drive up to eight half-bridges. It also provides monitoring of power supply voltage, charge pump voltage, temperature warning, and over-temperature shutdown through a 24-bit SPI interface.

The gate drivers for brushless motors have a power supply range of 5.5V to 60V, so they can be used in 12V, 24V, and 48V battery environments, and they have two built-in current sense amplifiers for shunt signals and have extended protection and monitoring functions.In addition, there is a lineup of products that are fully compliant with ISO26262, and they can be used in applications such as electric power steering (EPS) and electric parking brakes (EPB) that require ASIL-D.

The MOTIX™ Bridge series offers a lineup of half-bridge and full-bridge motor control ICs, mainly for DC brush motors.

NovalithIC™ half-bridge ICs​ ​provide ultra-small board space, cost-optimized, protected, high current PWM motor drives with excellent ruggedness, making them ideal for a variety of applications including active suspensions, fuel pumps, power seat belt pretensioners and HVAC control modules.

The multi-half-bridge ICs​ ​range from 2-output to 12-output half-bridges andare designed for motor control in applications such as HVAC control modules and mirror modules.

The full-bridge ICs operate with supply voltages from 7 V to 18 V, with a minimum current limit of 10 A and a maximum PWM frequency of 20 kHz. The BTM90xxEP series features a small (4.9 x 6.0 mm) package with a thermal pad for high thermal conductivity and includes both high-side and low-side current sensing.

The MOTIX™ SBC series offers a lineup of gate drivers that incorporate power supply IC and transceiver functions, primarily for DC brush and brushless motors.

All Motor System ICs​ ​incorporate an LDO with an output current of 250 mA/5 V, a CAN FD (5 Mbit/s) or LIN transceiver for the communication interface, and also include a state machine, wake input, reset, watchdog, SPI, high side output, half-bridge driver and charge pump functions.

Primarily designed for controlling DC motors such as seat controls, power liftgates and sunroof modules, as well as brushless motors such as fuel pumps and fans, especially in applications where board space is at a premium.

The MOTIX™ MCU series is an SoC (system on chip) that combines gate driver functions with a microcontroller, power supply IC and transceiver.
