Cato Socket Maintenance

• Basic send-back maintenance: We will send the device on a first-come, first-served basis after the RMA has been determined. For overseas locations, we will ship directly from CATO's warehouse.
• Domestic on-site maintenance: After RMA judgment, we will replace the local model between 9:00 and 17:00.
• Domestic 24/365 on-site maintenance: After RMA determination, we will replace the local model.

Virtual Sockets

We provide a virtual CATO socket (free of charge) using software. Works on AWS, Azure, and VMware ESXi.
AWS EC2 spec example: Before starting, please let us know your AWS account ID, region, and Amazon AMI.
