SPoE Solution

Combining Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) and Power over Data Lines (PoDL) technologies, the SPoE solution is a technology that transmits data and power simultaneously over a single two-wire cable, and can transmit distances of up to 1000m. It provides high flexibility in wiring applications such as industrial and factory automation equipment. The SPoE solution enables the installation of small, lightweight power supplies that are efficient, reliable and easy to install.

SiC/IGBT Drivers

Würth Elektronik's SiC/IGBT gate driver reference design provides the gate drive voltage level and power required to turn on/off SiC/IGBT. In addition to being designed to be compact and highly efficient, it achieves high CMTI by using a transformer with extremely low interwinding capacitance. This enables small system size, high efficiency and high reliability in applications that require high power conversion.
