Winbond's low-capacity Low Power DDR4X SDRAM (LPDDR4X) series is the ideal low-capacity memory for such devices.

What is LPDDR4?

LPDDR4 consumes less power than LPDDR3 and offers higher bandwidth without changing the clock frequency.

LPDDR4 has two series, JEDEC defined LPDDR4X (VDDQ voltage 0.6V) and LPDDR4 (VDDQ voltage 1.1V).

LPDDR4X drives the bus with a lower IO voltage than LPDDR4, making it an ideal series for next-generation applications that require low power consumption.

Data transfer speeds are 3200MT/s, 3733MT/s and 4266MT/s. Available in Known Good Die (KGD), 200-ball BGA.
