Macnica (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan, Representative Director and President: Kazumasa Hara, hereinafter Macnica) ALTIMA Company announces today that it has signed a distributorship agreement with Tenstorrent, USA Inc. (Headquarters: California, USA, CEO: Jim Keller, hereinafter Tenstorrent) in Japan to begin providing Tenstorrent's innovative AI (Tenstorrent), headquartered in California, U.S.A., and Tenstorrent's innovative AI solutions in Japan.

■ Rapid expansion and challenges of the AI market
With the rapid evolution of AI and artificial intelligence technology, the number of use cases for AI is exploding, from edge and IoT devices to data centers. According to Precedence Research, the global AI market is expected to reach US$757.58 billion in ^​2025 and expand to US$3,680.47 billion by 2034. The compound annual growth rate (CAGR) is expected to be 19.20%, and the growing demand for AI in various industries, especially automotive, healthcare, banking and finance, manufacturing, food and beverage, logistics, and retail, is expected to significantly drive the growth of the global AI market in the future.

On the other hand, new challenges have arisen, including the following:

■ Solutions that Macnica can provide
Tenstorrent's AI-dedicated accelerator uses the company's proprietary "Tensix" core, providing flexible and scalable accelerator and server products. Macnica has already introduced the product and is conducting verification testing, and has established a thorough support system in preparation for customer support.

We provide solutions equipped with Tenstorrent's second-generation AI accelerator, "Wormhole."

1. PCIe card (Wormhole generation n300 / n150)
The PCIe card comes in two models, the n150 with one Wormhole and the n300 with two, and can be used to build a high-performance AI environment simply by installing it in an existing server or workstation. Multiple cards can also be linked together to improve performance.

②Desktop workstation (Wormhole generation TT-LoudBox / TT-QuietBox)
Equipped with a total of eight "Wormholes", the workstation comes in two versions: the air-cooled TT-LoudBox and the liquid-cooled/quiet TT-QuietBox, allowing it to flexibly meet the needs of a variety of research and development environments.

③ Rack-mounted server (Wormhole generation Galaxy)
The server is equipped with a total of 32 "Wormholes" to enable scalable, high-performance AI computing.
