Texas Instruments CC2650STK: Is it possible to restore the SimpleLink SensorTag's firmware to factory defaults?
SimpleLink SensorTag debugger CC-DEVPACK-DEBUG (sold separately) is required to rewrite the firmware, but there are two rewriting methods as follows.

Write firmware using CCS
Import the project in the following directory into CCS and write it.
C:\ti\simplelink\\Projects\ble\SensorTag

Write firmware using Flash Programmer 2
The original image of SensorTag is in the following directory, so write it here.
C:\ti\simplelink\\Accessories\HexFiles
Flash Programmer2 can be obtained from the following.
