Microchip FPGA: Regarding IO pin states while programming PolarFire. Regarding the state of IO pins (H/L/Z) during programming, is it possible to set the pin state for each IO pin or bank? Or will it be fixed at a weak pull-up or some other value like other companies' FPGAs?
"Weak pull-up on 3-state output".
See UG0714: PolarFire FPGA Programming User Guide for details

See "Outputs are tri-stated and weakly pulled up." in the table in chapter 2.5 I/O States During Programming.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to set the pin state per IO pin or bank.
As with other companies' FPGAs, tri-state output is fixed at weak pull-up.
