You can do this by setting Compile menu > Compile Option > Verilog & SystemVerilog tab > Language Syntax to "Use SystemVerilo".
If you set here, the option svlog =1 will be added to modelsim.ini in the working folder and the default will be SystemVerilog.
However, if you still want SystemVerilog files to have a .sv extension and you are using Nativelink, even if you don't change the default, the vlog command for files with an sv extension will have the -sv option (which enables the SystemVerilog keyword). is attached, so the setting on the ModelSim side is unnecessary.
Also, if it has sv extension in ModelSim, it is automatically recognized as SystemVerilog and the SV keyword is enabled.
