There is a function in Quartus II called TimeQuest Timing Analyzer Wizard.
Please refer to the document "Quartus II Beginner's Guide - How to Set Timing Constraints Simple - TimeQuest Timing Analyzer Wizard -".
Be sure to check that the constraints after conversion are converted correctly.
