In Quartus® Prime Standard and Lite Edition 23.1, when creating or editing an ALTPLL IP
When I click on the "Output Clock" tab, the Wizard screen crashes.
This is a known issue and has been fixed in version 23.1.1.

If you are unable to install ver.23.1.1 due to development reasons, please use the following workaround.

[Workaround]
Create or edit ALTPLL IP in an older version and upgrade to ver.23.1.
Here are the steps:

① Create a new ALTPLL IP with an older version of Quartus® Prime (for example, ver.22.1.2, 22.1.1, 22.1).
Similarly, if you edit the parameters of an existing ALTPLL IP, make the changes in an older version of Quartus® Prime.
　
② Move the generated ALTPLL IP file to the Quartus® Prime project folder for ver.23.1.
　
③ Open the project in Quartus Prime Standard (or Lite) Edition 23.1,
Register the ALTPLL IP generated by File menu > Add/Remove Files in Project to the project.
The message "IP Upgrade recommended." appears at the top of the Project Navigator window.
　
④ Click the "Launch IP Upgrade Tool" button.

⑤ Select ALTPLL IP from the IPs registered in the project and click the "Perform Automatic Upgrade" button.

⑥ The file will be automatically updated for ver.23.1.
