This error occurs when starting Questa* - Intel® FPGA Edition and Questa* - Intel® FPGA Starter Edition due to old versions of the FLOAT license daemon lmgrd and vendor daemon mgcld.
To use Questa - Intel® FPGA Edition and Questa - Intel® FPGA Starter Edition, please make the license daemon version 11.16.4.0 or higher.
