When creating a project with the Nios® II SBT, you can select which Nios® II processor to create the project with.
You can set the standard input/output in the BSP Editor of the Nios® II Project you created, so select the JTAG UART IP to use.
You can output to the console at the same time by creating a Run configuration for each created Nios® II Project, grouping it, and executing it.
