In Quartus Prime Standard Edition and Lite Edition 25.1 on Windows 11,
There is a problem with the parameter setting screen of the ALTPLL IP.

The manufacturer has provided a patch file (0.02std) for Standard Edition 25.1,
Please obtain and install it from the Knowledge Base below.

Why does the text overlap in the ALTPLL IP Parameter Editor?

This issue does not occur on Linux.
This bug will be fixed in a future release.
