Product Summary
PRM is a high power density module that regulates and outputs voltage, and the output voltage can be adjusted.
By using a high-performance zero-voltage switching (ZVS) circuit system and a specially designed magnetic circuit, we have achieved buck-boost conversion efficiency of over 97%.
The input voltage range is a wide range optimized to 48V, and the output is a stabilized 48V.
The output voltage can be trimmed over a wide range.
Output power is up to 600W in the full size package (32.5 x 22 x 6.73mm) and up to 250W in the half size package (22 x 16.5 x 6.73mm).
Next generation SM chip package (22.8 x 13.8 x 7.4mm), maximum 800W.
By connecting in parallel, it is possible to handle large amounts of power.
ZVS technology minimizes the switching losses that occur in traditional hard-switching step-down regulators, resulting in high efficiency and high frequency switching.
The high switching frequency allows for smaller external filter components, higher power density, and faster transient response to input and output fluctuations.
