DCN series
Vicor's DCM™ series are isolated DC-DC converters that isolate and output a regulated voltage from a wide range of input voltages. High-frequency zero-voltage switching (ZVS) technology operates with high efficiency over the entire input voltage range, and when used alone or in combination with downstream PoL converters, a high-performance power distribution system that operates over a wide range of input voltages. It will come true.
Accurate ±1% output voltage regulation options are available. Products in the VIA package have an integrated EMI filter, precise output voltage regulation, and a PMBus™ interface controlled from the secondary side.
You can select from the following three types according to the power capacity.
1. DCM2322
2. DCM3623
3. DCM4623
Maximum 120W - "DCM2322", the most compact DCM series with high power density
The "DCM2322" is a power supply module that is smaller and has a lower power capacity than the Vicor DCM series "DCM3623".
It has a very small package size of 24.8 x 22.8 x 7.2 mm, an input voltage range of 43 to 154 V, 14 to 72 V, 9 to 50 V, an output power of 35 to 120 W, and a maximum efficiency of 90.5%.
Their high power density, light weight, and easy handling make them suitable for a wide range of applications including robotics, UAVs, industrial equipment, railroads, communications, and defense/aerospace.
Maximum 320W - "DCM3623" with small size and high power density
The DCM3623 is 38.7x 22.8x 7.2mm, has an input voltage range of 9-75V, output voltages of 12V, 24V, 28V, and 48V, and has a maximum efficiency of 93%.
Its high power density of 63W/cm3, light weight and easy handling make it suitable for a wide range of applications including robotics, UAVs, industrial equipment, railroads, telecommunications and defense/aerospace.
Maximum 600W - "DCM4623" with small size and high power density
The DCM4623 has a size of 47.9x 22.8x 7.2mm, an input voltage range of 160-420V, an output voltage of 3.3V-48V, and a maximum efficiency of 93.6%.
Their high power density, light weight, and easy handling make them suitable for a wide range of applications including robotics, UAVs, industrial equipment, railroads, communications, and defense/aerospace.
