Product Summary
The Si86xx series is a digital isolator for signal isolation that uses a low-power CMOS process and has a proven track record primarily in isolating digital interfaces such as SPI and RS-485.
The lineup includes models with 1 to 6 channels, allowing you to select the optimal model number depending on the number of input and output channels. Operation is guaranteed over a wide temperature range, and there is no change in characteristics due to aging like with general photocouplers, making design easy. It can also be used as a level shifter to connect signals from circuits with different voltages on the primary and secondary sides. The only external component required is a VDD bypass capacitor.

Product name and options
Si86xx has a large lineup. Multi-channel models have a lineup with different numbers of inputs and outputs. We also have models with different insulation voltage, packages, and logic with initial values. It is a model that can use a very high-speed signal with a speed of 150 Mbps. (There are some models with 1 Mbps)
We also have a product lineup that can perform bidirectional signal transmission that can be used for isolation such as I2C and SMBus. (1.7MHz max)
