Product Summary

The NCP81428 is a 12V, 50A rated inline fuse compatible with PMBus®.
It is also designed to provide protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuits, and excessive inrush current.

This product integrates a 0.65mΩ NMOS FET, a high-performance hot-swap controller, and non-volatile memory (NVM) into a single LQFN32 package.

The NCP81428 can be configured as a single-phase solution, or it can be operated as a master or slave in a multi-phase configuration for applications requiring higher current.
