This article introduces the N24C008, an 8k bit chip compatible with low voltage 1.2Vio, and the N24C256X, a 256k bit chip.

Main features/functions

N24C008

- Supports standard, high-speed, and high-speed plus I2C protocols.
SCL and SDA are based on 1.2V.
• Supply voltage range: 1.4V (minimum) to 2.2V (maximum)
16-byte page write buffer
• Lockable secure data pages
- User write protection feature
- User-configured device address
- I2C bus input features a Schmitt trigger and noise suppression filter.
• Low-power CMOS technology
- Ultra-thin 4-ball WLCSP package
