We would like to introduce two new linear regulator products from ON Semiconductor.
[300mA product] T30LMPSR165 (consumer)/ T30LAPSR165 (automotive)
This product is an ultra-fast linear regulator that can supply up to 300mA of output current from an input voltage of 1.4 to 3.3V.
It also has the fastest transient response time in its class, making it suitable for applications requiring high-speed sampling.
Features
- Ultra-fast load transient response: 0 to 300 mA in 100 ns [see diagram below]
Voltage Undershoot: 37 mV
Settling Time: 1us
Low dropout voltage: 26 mV for 2.85 V at 300 mA
・Output voltage accuracy: ± 1%
Ideal for noise-sensitive applications: PSRR = 45dB at 20 mA, f=100 kHz
・Small package: WLCSP4 (0.64*0.64)

[1A product] T30LMPSR131 (Consumer)/ T30LAPSR131 (Automotive)
This product is a 1A-capable product with a bias supply voltage (VBIAS) and provides a stable output voltage with 1% accuracy over the entire temperature range.

- Low dropout voltage: 25 mV at 1A
・Output voltage accuracy: ± 0.8% (-40 ℃ to 85 ℃) & ± 1% (-40 ℃ to 125 ℃)
- Low bias input current: 85uA
・Small package: WLCSP6 (1.145*0.75)
