Introducing the Microchip MEMS Oscillator DSC6300
Product Summary
The DSC6300 is a very small, low power spread spectrum MEMS oscillator. It is available in an ultra-small package of 1.6 x 1.2 mm and operates with a low current consumption of 3 mA. The family supports up to ±2.5% or –3% spread spectrum, which can reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) by up to 15 dB. It is also available in pin-compatible industry standard packages to solve last-minute EMI issues in your current design.
