Low and medium voltage power semiconductors for automotive use (40V to 120V)
Infineon offers a lineup of automotive MOSFETs that comply with AEC-Q101 for low, medium and high voltages.
The maximum operating temperature of 175°C allows for a wide range of considerations without being tied to a specific application. In particular, the latest technology, OptiMOS™ 7, combines an innovative and robust package with the smallest mounting area to achieve the highest power efficiency, reduced switching losses, and improved SOA for high current applications.
High-voltage power semiconductors for automotive use (650V to 1200V)
Infineon offers a lineup of Si MOSFETs, SiC MOSFETs, SiC MOSFET power modules, SiC diodes, IGBTs, and IGBT power modules for automotive use, with voltage ratings ranging from 650 V to 1200 V. We offer a wide range of voltages, currents, on-resistances, and package variations so that our products can be used in a wide range of applications, such as traction inverters, on-board chargers, auxiliary inverters, HV/LV DC-DC converters, fuel cell air compressors, and DC-DC boosters, mainly for hybrid and electric vehicles.
