Infineon NOR Flash offers the highest safety and reliability, being AEC-Q100 qualified, ASIL-B compliant, ASIL-D capable and SIL-2 capable, and its Endurance Flex architecture enables the creation of partitions with up to 1 million P/E cycles or 25 years of data retention.

Furthermore, SEMPER™ Secure NOR Flash combines advanced security with functional safety and reliability, incorporating hardware security elements to protect systems against cyber threats and enabling secure remote firmware updates with key management.

LPDDR Flash

SEMPER™ X1 is the world's first LPDDR Flash that combines the LPDDR interface with advanced NOR Flash technology. The LPDDR interface provides the bandwidth required for real-time processing, making it an ideal match for the underlying high-performance memory array. The result is an innovative execute-in-place (XIP) solution that outperforms today's fastest xSPI NOR Flash and DRAM alternatives.
