CMSC provides a design service platform for high quality and comprehensive SoC development.
We have a lot of development experience supporting 0.5um to 28nm process nodes of various wafer foundries, and have taped out more than 500 projects since 2004.
CMSC's SoC design service platform consists of five sub-platforms.
(1) High performance platform
The High Performance platform enables the development of SoCs such as CPUs and GPUs that require extremely high speed and high performance.
(2) Low power platform
Low power platform supports cutting-edge low power consumption technology. It is ideal for SoC development for mobile computing and IoT, where low power consumption is required. We have a tapeout track record of more than 60 projects and contribute to power consumption reduction with an optimized low power consumption design flow.
(3) DFT (Design for Testability) platform
DFT platformは基本的なscan insertion, boundary scan, memory BIST, scan re-ordering, test pattern generation and compression, fault coverage simulation services等のサポートだけではなく、昨今のSoCで必要とされる量産時のコスト、歩留りを考慮したCost-aware DFT, Power-aware DFTのサービスも提供しています。
(4) RTL purification platform
RTL purification platform is a service to verify RTL before implementation work starts. This service secures the RTL QoR (Quality of Result) and makes it possible to prevent the discovery of problems and rework in the late stages of development.
(5) SoC integration platform
SoC integration platform provides not only integration of SSIP (Standard Silicon IP) and CSIP (Custom Silicon IP), but also various services related to SoC development. Since 2004, we have a track record of many large-scale SoC design projects.
