LTM4739: 15Vin, Single 10A PMBus-Enabled Step-Down μModule Regulator

The LTM4739 is a complete 10A step-down switching mode power μModule® (micromodule) regulator with a PMBus interface housed in a tiny 6.25mm x 6.25mm x 5.07mm ball grid array (BGA) package. The package includes the switching controller, power MOSFETs, inductor, and supporting components. The LTM4739 operates over an input voltage range of 3V to 15V and supports an output voltage range of 0.4V to 5.5V. Its highly efficient design delivers up to 10A of continuous output current. Only bulk input and output capacitors are required. Switching frequency can be configured from 500kHz to 2MHz, allowing designs to be optimized for size and performance.

MAX17639: 3V to 36V, 6A/8A/10A, 12A peak, high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC converter

The MAX1763x is a high-efficiency, high-voltage synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with integrated MOSFETs that operates over an input voltage range of 3V to 36V. The MAX17639 can deliver a continuous current of 10A. In addition, the MAX17639 can support a peak current of up to 12A. It can generate output voltages ranging from 0.6V to 90% of VIN.

LT83401/LT83402: 42V, 1A/2.5A Step-Down Silent Switcher 3 with Ultralow Noise Reference

The LT83401/LT83402 synchronous step-down regulators deliver both high efficiency and excellent wideband noise performance through a unique combination of an ultralow noise reference and Silent Switcher architecture. The innovative ultralow noise architecture enables the switching regulator to achieve extremely low frequency (0.1Hz to 100kHz) output noise performance. The output voltage is set with a single resistor, resulting in nearly constant output noise regardless of output voltage. Silent Switcher architecture minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMI) emissions while delivering high efficiency at high switching frequencies.

ADPA1112: 1 GHz to 22 GHz, 15 W, Gallium Nitride (GaN) Power Amplifier

The ADPA1112 is a broadband power amplifier capable of operation from 1 GHz to 22 GHz, with a frequency range of 8 GHz to 16 GHz and an input power (P IN) is 28.0 dBm, the saturated output power (P OUT), 25% power-added efficiency (PAE), and 14 dB typical power gain. The RF input and RF output are internally matched and AC-coupled. The VDD1 and VDD2 pins, which include integrated bias inductors, provide a 28 V drain bias voltage (V DD) is applied to the drain. The drain current is set by applying a negative voltage to the VGG1 pin. A temperature-compensated RF detector is integrated to allow monitoring of the RF output power.

ADG1736: Low Voltage, 2.4 Ω Dual SPDT Switch (2 mm × 2 mm LGA Package)

The ADG1736 is an analog multiplexer consisting of two independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches that operates from a low voltage single-supply range of +1.08 V to +5.5 V or a low voltage dual-supply range of ±1.08 V to ±2.75 V. An EN input is used to disable all switches. The ADG1736 is designed for small size without sacrificing performance. ADA4356: Configurable Transimpedance Current-to-Bit Receiver µModule

The ADA4356 is a low-noise, wide dynamic range current-input analog-to-digital converter (AD) μModule. To save space in size-sensitive applications, the ADA4356 integrates all of the active and passive components necessary to provide a complete current-to-bits data acquisition solution with configurable gain and filter characteristics. The ADA4356's high-speed transimpedance amplifier (TIA) front-end amplifier supports pulse widths of 20 ns, enabling high spatial resolution in ToF measurements and fast overdrive recovery from large input signals. The ADA4356 offers three selectable TIA feedback resistor values for configurable TIA gain.
