ADG1712: Low Voltage, 2.4 Ω Quad SPST Switch

The ADG1712 consists of four independent single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switches that operate from a low single-supply range of +1.08 V to 5.5 V or a low dual-supply range of ±1.08 V to ±2.75 V. The ADG1712 is designed for small size without sacrificing performance. Its 2 mm × 2 mm land grid array (LGA) package makes it ideal for a wide range of space-constrained applications.

ADEMA124/ADEMA127: SPI-equipped simultaneous sampling 4-channel/7-channel ΣΔ ADC

The ADEMA124/ADEMA127 are 4-channel and 7-channel simultaneous sampling 24-bit sigma-delta analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) ideal for polyphase or split-phase energy metering applications. The ADEMA124/ADEMA127 are compatible with voltage dividers, shunts, and isolated current sensors such as current transformers and Rogowski coils.

The ADEMA124/ADEMA127 includes independent hardware and digital signal processing filters that enable gain, phase, and offset compensation for each ADC channel. The ADEMA124/ADEMA127 also features dedicated compensation and digital signal processing functions, such as integrators and second-order high-pass filters, that enable streamlined Rogowski sensor implementations. Digital signal processing filter coefficients for common applications are automatically loaded and available for customizing filter characteristics.

AD4081/AD4084: 20-/16-bit, 20 MSPS, differential SAR ADCs

The AD4081/AD4084 are 20-bit/16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with high speed, low noise, and low distortion, and feature Easy Drive technology. The AD4081/AD4084 maintain high performance (signal-to-noise and distortion (SINAD) ratio > 90 dBFS) at signal frequencies above 1 MHz, enabling a variety of precision, wide-bandwidth data acquisition applications. For applications that do not require the lowest latency of the AD4081/AD4084, oversampling can be used, along with on-chip digital filtering and decimation, to simplify input antialiasing filter design, reduce noise, and lower output data rates.

ADF4030: 10-Channel Precision Synchronizer

The ADF4030 provides 10 bidirectional synchronous clock (BSYNC) channels that accept a reference clock input (REFIN) signal as a frequency reference and generate output clocks on BSYNC channels configured as outputs. A unique feature of the ADF4030 is that the clock edges of any one or more BSYNC channels can be time-aligned (at the device pin location) to within 5 ps of the BSYNC channel selected as the reference BSYNC channel.

ADuM361N: 3.0 kVrms 6-Channel Digital Isolator

The ADuM361N is a 6-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. Its electromagnetic noise performance meets the Class B standard of CISPR 32/EN 55032 when operating at 5 Mbps. Its propagation delay is 10 ns maximum, and pulse width distortion (the difference between input and output pulse widths) is less than 3 ns at 5 V operation. Furthermore, channel matching is extremely precise, with a maximum of 3.0 ns.

LT7826: Fully Integrated 17V/8A Switched-Capacitor 2:1 Converter Configurable as a Voltage Divider, Doubler, or Inverter

The LT7826 is a fully integrated monolithic DC/DC converter. Its switched-capacitor architecture delivers exceptional efficiency in applications with input/output voltage ratios of 2:1 (voltage divider), 1:2 (doubler), and 1:1 (inverter). The LT7826 is fault-protected and can handle voltages up to 17V and deliver up to 8A of output current. Its integrated bootstrap diode provides a compact, cost-effective solution for battery applications requiring current-limit protection. The LT7826 operates at a fixed 500kHz switching frequency, but can be synchronized via the MODE pin for frequency tuning or interleaved operation. The device is available in a 3mm x 3mm LFCSP package.

LTC7899: 140V, Low IQ, Negative-to-Positive Synchronous Boost Controller with 10V Gate Drive

The LTC7899 is a high performance DC/DC switching regulator controller that converts negative voltages to positive voltages. Capable of driving all N-channel synchronous MOSFET stages, it can operate from input voltages up to 135V. An integrated feedback level shifter allows easy setting of the positive output voltage with just two resistors. The LTC7899 can also be configured for boost operation with pass-through capability.

The LTC7899's gate drive voltage is programmable from 5V to 10V, allowing the use of logic-level or standard-level MOSFETs to maximize efficiency.

The LT83201 synchronous step-down regulator combines an ultralow noise reference with Silent Switcher architecture to uniquely combine high efficiency with excellent wideband noise performance. The innovative ultralow noise architecture enables the switching regulator to achieve extremely low frequency (0.1Hz to 100kHz) output noise performance. AD9084: Apollo MxFE, 16-bit 28GSPS Quad RF DAC and 12-bit 20GSPS Quad RF ADC

The mixed-signal front-end (Apollo MxFE®) is a highly integrated device featuring a 16-bit RF digital-to-analog converter (DAC) core with a maximum sample rate of 28 GSPS and a 12-bit RF analog-to-digital converter (ADC) core with a maximum sample rate of 20 GSPS. The AD9084 supports four transmitter and four receiver channels, making it ideal for applications requiring wideband ADCs and DACs to process signals with wide instantaneous bandwidths. The device features a 48-lane 28.21 Gbps JESD204C or 20 Gbps JESD204B data transceiver port, an on-chip clock multiplier, and digital signal processor (DS) functionality for wideband or multiband DC-to-RF applications. It also features a bypass mode that allows the DSP datapath to be bypassed, allowing full bandwidth use of the ADC and DAC cores. Additionally, it features low latency loopback and frequency hopping modes targeted at phased array radar systems and electronic warfare applications.

ADF4382: Microwave Wideband Synthesizer with Integrated VCO

The ADF4382 is a high-performance, ultralow jitter fractional-N phase-locked loop (PLL). It features an integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) suitable for data converter clock applications or local oscillator (LO) generation for 5G applications. This high-performance PLL offers a figure of merit of −239 dBc/Hz, low 1/f noise, and a high PFD frequency (625 MHz in integer mode), enabling extremely low in-band noise and integrated jitter. The ADF4382 can generate frequencies across the fundamental octave range of 11 GHz to 22 GHz, eliminating the need for subharmonic filtering. The ADF4382's output divider allows it to generate the full output frequency range of 687.5 MHz to 22 GHz.
