This product is a 1000BASE-T1 and 100BASE-T1 compatible media converter provided by Macnica technology brand "Mpression" and equipped with Broadcom's BCM89883, which complies with the in-vehicle Ethernet standard IEEE802.3bp/802.3bw. Click here for an article on how to use it.
