The "USB 3.0 interface card" is a daughter card for implementing USB 3.0 on Intel's FPGA development kit. The daughter card includes Cypress's EZ-USB® FX3 USB 3.0 controller IC that provides a 5Gbps link and an HSMC (High Speed Transfer Interface) connector. By connecting this daughter card to an Intel FPGA development kit equipped with an HSMC connector, you can immediately start developing an FPGA with a USB3.0 interface.

Evaluation configuration with video input
By using Microtronix's HDMI HSMC card (sold separately), it is possible to evaluate in video live as shown in the configuration example below (Cyclone® IV GX FPGA development kit).
