The traditional term "Standing Privilege" literally means a state in which a privileged ID always exists, and the mainstream security measure is to use privileged ID management tools such as PAM (Privileged Access Manager).
However, using such PAM products does not necessarily remove privileged IDs from the target system.

In contrast, in the world of "ZSP," it refers to a state in which a privileged ID does not exist on the system or is unavailable.
By having the ID exist only when the user uses it, it is possible to reduce the risk of abuse to almost zero.
