ピーク温度はパッケージにより異なります。
3ページ目のTable 1-1. JEDEC Classification Profiles 表の Peak package body temperature (Tp)の項目を確認します。
有鉛や鉛フリーに応じて「TP shall not exceed TC in Table 1-3」や「TP shall not exceed TC in Table 1-2」等が書かれているので、

表を見てピーク温度をご確認ください。
