Silicon Labs EFM32: What is the current consumption when returning from EM2 to EM0?
One of the strengths of the EFM32 is its ability to quickly wake up from low power consumption modes (EM1 to EM4) to normal operation mode (EM0). Therefore, the transition time from EM2 to EM0 is also very short, about 2-3us for EFM32Series 0 and about 3us (when executing code in RAM) or about 10us (when executing code in Flash) for EFM32/EFR32 Series 1. increase. For detailed specifications, please refer to the datasheet of each family.
There are no specs for the current consumption during this transition period, but since the main clock is oscillating but the code is not executing, it is close to the current consumption of EM1.
