Intel: Board Test System (BTS) does not recognize the device on Cyclone® 10 GX Development Kit. Please tell me how to deal with it.

When using Intel® FPGA Download Cable II (USB-Blaster II) (including onboard), TCK frequency is 24MHz.
By changing this frequency, it becomes recognizable.
【Setting method】
1. Start Quartus Programmer before starting BTS
2. Click Hardware Setup and change Hardware frequency to 16MHz
3. Check Auto-adjust frequency at chain scanning and Close
4. Start BTS while Programmer is running and check if it is recognized
