Current Strength = Default actually means "no setting".
The factor that determines the current is either:
(1) The current is indirectly specified from the output Serial OCT value (resistance value, e.g. 34Ω). The EMIF DQ/DQS signal is also usually here.
(2) Current Strength specified as Default in selected Device, I/O Standard (e.g. 8mA)
(Note 1) Depending on the I/O Standard, there are some that cannot set the Current Strength, and it is necessary to set the Serial OCT. (error if not)
(Note 2) Even if the I/O Standard allows both Serial OCT and Current Strength, both cannot be set at the same time. (Simultaneous setting is an error)
