Intel: When using EP5357xUI's LLM, if the power is turned on slowly, the same voltage as the power supply voltage will be output and normal startup will not be possible. Are there any regulations for input voltage?

EP5357xUI has a startup/shutdown sequence when using LLM mode.
At start-up: LLM pin must be set to Hi after the power supply VIN has been turned on.
Power down: LLM must be pulled low prior to power VIN power down
Also, if the ENABLE pin is controlled, it can be controlled at the same time, but similarly, it should be turned ON after the power supply VIN is turned on, and turned OFF before the power supply VIN is stopped.
At startup with both ENABLE and LLM pins pulled up to VIN, the slew rate of the power supply VIN: 1V/ms to 10V/ms must be satisfied.
