A Makefile is also automatically generated when the project is created with the Nios® II SBT (Software Build Tools).
It can be built by starting the Nios® II Command Shell and running make in the Application folder.
If the bsp folder has not been built, the bsp folder will be built first, then the Application folder will be built.
