Regarding the capacitor Ca used in the output feedback of the EN63A0 device, there is no capacitor with exactly the same value as the calculated value. What should I do?

The calculated value and the actual capacitor (capacitor) capacity do not need to match perfectly.
Use a common value capacitor closest to the calculated value.
