CCES and VDSP are different and independent software and it is possible to install both on the same PC.
Licenses are also managed in different ways, so they do not affect each other.

However, VDSP support is limited to Windows 8, and Windows 10 and later are no longer supported.
Microsoft has already ended support for Windows 7, so it is necessary to prepare an environment in which the PC is disconnected from the network.
