AI Security Mailbox: Automatic analysis of slipped emails
With Abnormal AI, when an employee forwards a suspicious email or presses the report button, the AI instantly analyzes the content and automatically performs the investigation and isolation tasks that a security officer would perform. Emails determined to be slip-through attacks are immediately quarantined, and the detection logic is automatically updated, instantly strengthening defenses against similar attacks. This strengthens operations, just like having a security analyst on board.
Feature 1: One-click reporting starts AI analysis
When an employee simply forwards a suspicious email or presses the report button, the AI begins automatic analysis. The tasks previously performed manually by security personnel, such as content confirmation, classification, judgment, and isolation, are now all handled instantly by the AI.
Feature 2: Instant isolation and logic updates
Emails that AI identifies as attacks are instantly quarantined from the recipient's Box. AI also instantly optimizes the detection logic to prevent future similar attacks.
Feature 3: “Feedback-type” notifications to employees
The AI notifies employees of the analysis results in an easy-to-understand manner. If they reply, additional explanations will be provided, so employees can make better decisions and increase their security awareness.
