Introduction
In this column, we will provide an overview of the EU Cyber Resilience Act and Radio Equipment Directive, which many manufacturers are likely considering, preparing for, and working to comply with, as well as highlight potential issues and recommended actions.
There is a lot of information about the overall picture of these issues on the Internet, and it seems to be becoming more and more abundant. However, there is still little reference to understanding and indicative concepts in the field of security technology with an eye on the essential goal of compliance, or to potential factors and issues to consider when applying the requirements. This column focuses on these points.
Please read it and I hope it will be helpful to you in your endeavors.
