BT121のパッケージ中央に、8本のピン（34～41番ピン）が用意されており、データシートの Pin-out descriptionには "RESERVED FOR PRODUCTION PROGRAMMING"と書かれてあります。
このピンは、Silicon Labs社が製造工程で使用するために設けているものであり、半田付けは不要です。
データシート"Figure 23 BT121 module recommended PCB pad pattern"に下記の説明がありますが、ショートを防ぐためビアやトレースの配置には注意ください。
