＜エラー・メッセージ＞
Warning(292000): FLEXlm software error: Version of vendor daemon is too old.
Error(119013): Current license file does not support the <device_name> device.

Error(119013) メッセージの前に発生している Warning(292000) に記載があるように、FLEXlm ライセンスマネージャーで取り扱うデーモンのバージョンが古いことによりエラーが生じています。
そのため、最新のライセンスデーモンにアップグレードしてください。
