For supported devices, Intel provides the U-Boot and Linux software. For other devices, this software must be developed by the user.

上記リンクにもあります通り、U-Boot のソースコードはすべて公開されているので、基本的にユーザにて確認することになります。
ビルド時にソースコードは展開されますが、Web から確認する場合はこちらを参照してください。

また、U-Boot が標準でサポートしていない型番の追加に関しては、以下のナレッジ・データベースを参照してください。
こちらは Micron の ROM の追加方法についての記載になっていますが、基本的な考え方は他の ROM でも同様です。
