Quartus Prime Pro/Standard Edition を購入したユーザが使用できる IP Base Siute ライセンスのラインナップのうち、DDR3 SDRAM High-Performance Controller supporting UniPHY などの外部メモリ・コントローラ IP は Quartus Prime / Quartus II の License Setup 画面（Licensed AMPP/MegaCore functions リスト）には表示されませんが、利用することができます。

ライセンス・ファイル（.dat）において、IP Base Suite ライセンス部分の PACKAGE 行 および INCREMENT 行の上部に、以下のようにコメント（先頭が # の行）として外部メモリ・コントローラ IP 名が記載されていれば、利用できます。
