This is a support browsing service exclusively for users who have subscribed to Proofpoint's maintenance service.
An ID and password are required for use.
- Your account will be the email address you registered with.
- If you have forgotten your password, please reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
- Old support site accounts cannot be used.
- Please note that this service will be canceled if you do not renew after one month from the expiration of the maintenance contract.
- Even if you have previously registered for support browsing with another product, you will need to register for a Proofpoint account, so please apply for browsing registration here.
