The increase in data volume due to the promotion of digital transformation and the diversification of data storage methods due to the spread of cloud usage make it difficult to manage and protect data, while the risk of data leakage, such as internal fraud and information leaks from cloud services, is increasing day by day. In particular, since anyone can easily create and move "unstructured data" such as Office files, it causes the problem that "it is not possible to know where and what confidential data is located," and therefore "confidential data that should be protected is not protected." In this session, we will introduce "Data X-Ray," a DSPM solution that uses generative AI to visualize (discover and classify) data as a solution to such issues.

A new approach to data protection called DSPM (data security posture management) is attracting increasing attention. Unstructured data (Office files, emails, etc.) accounts for more than 80% of all corporate data. Classify the huge number of files scattered within the company (e.g. contracts/invoices/estimates, etc.) or search for necessary information from among them (e.g. extract all files that include a specific employee name) ) has been extremely difficult in the past, but DSPM solutions have appeared that can easily achieve this using generative AI. In this seminar, we will explain the necessity of DSPM using actual incident examples. We will also provide a demonstration of ``automatic classification of unstructured data using AI technology'' using our DSPM product Data X-Ray.
