Macnica Support

  • Macnica Support is a dedicated support site for users and resellers who have subscribed to Macnica Product Maintenance Services.
  • To use this service, you will need to log in with your ID and password.
  • Your ID will be the email address you registered.
  • If you have forgotten your password, please reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
  • Old support site accounts cannot be used.

Macnica Support account registration

  • To use Macnica Support, you must apply to view it.
  • Even if you have previously registered to view content for other products, you will need to register for Illumio products, so please apply using the form below.

It will take several business days from the time of application until you are able to log in, as we need to confirm the details of your contract.

Once we have completed the procedure, you will receive an email from mncsupport@macnica.co.jp with the subject [Notice of Support System Registration Completion]. Please check the contents of the email.

You will be able to log in to Macnica Support from the day after you receive the email.

Providing technical information on Macnica Support

We publish articles in Japanese about technical information on Illumio products, including frequently asked questions and troubleshooting methods. New articles are added all the time.
