Recently, telework has progressed and meetings in virtual spaces have become a hot topic, but in reality, which is more effective and efficient: face-to-face meetings or virtual meetings? ?
Have you ever wondered such a question? ?
This time, I wonder if the merits of telework, real space, and virtual space have not been sufficiently verified? Mitsui Design Tech Co., Ltd.* 1, Pocket RD Co., Ltd.* 2, and Hyrable Co., Ltd.*3 had the opportunity to participate in a demonstration experiment conducted by Mitsui Design Tech Co., Ltd.*1, who felt that this was an issue!
In this demonstration experiment, we will investigate the purposes for which communication in virtual and real spaces can be highly effective and satisfying, and we will examine the `` 10 activities *'' in the workplace that Mitsui Design Tech has independently established. I verified it accordingly. At that time, we measured the brain waves of the participants during communication.

What can be done with brain wave measurement?
For brain wave measurement, an electroencephalogram measurement device (EEG) using a wireless headset is used to measure emotions, psychological state, and cognitive state in real time. It is possible to visualize the qualitative aspects of sensory values as quantitative data from the emotional analysis results.
Actual experiment content
Emotional values were obtained for four items:"convergent meeting"and"divergent meeting"in the case of a virtual space, and"convergent meeting"and"divergent meeting"in the case of a face-to-face meeting.
