MC Digital Realty, Morgenrot, Macnica, and Ryoyo Electro launch in-datacenter GPU computing power provision service at both NRT and KIX campuses ~ Ultra-low latency and secure GPU on-ramp now available on an hourly basis ~

Tokyo, March 12, 2025 - MC Digital Realty Corp. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takanari Hatakeyama; hereinafter "MC Digital Realty"), Morgenlot Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo Representative Director and President: Tatsuhide Morimoto; hereinafter "Morgenlot"), Macnica (Board Director: Kazumasa Kazumasa Hara; hereinafter "Macnica"), and Ryoyo Electro Corp. (Board Director: Moritaka Nakamura; hereinafter "Ryoyo Electro"), Executive Officer Board Director and interconnection services in Japan, will launch the GPU computing power provision service "AI XCHANGE powered by Cloud Bouquet" at MC Digital Realty's NRT campus (Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture) and KIX campus (Ibaraki City and Minoh City, Osaka Prefecture). Applications are being accepted from today, and the service is scheduled to start in April. GPU computing power will be provided by GPU servers owned by Macnica and Ryoyo Electro installed on the campus.

The newly launched service, "AI XCHANGE powered by Cloud Bouquet," uses the virtualization technology of "Cloud Bouquet™," a service by Morgenlot that matches companies requiring GPU computing power with businesses that possess it. The service will provide GPU computing resources from Macnica and Ryoyo Electro, which have GPU servers in MC Digital Realty's data centers, to MC Digital Realty customers on a per-sheet, per-hour basis, after Morgenlot and Mitsubishi Corporation have established the service infrastructure.
This will enable customers using the NRT and KIX campuses to access only the amount of GPU computing power they need, when they need it, without having to make upfront capital investments in GPU servers, enabling them to develop AI products and perform advanced simulations quickly, easily, and cost-effectively.

MC Digital Realty's data centers are designed in a "campus configuration" that ensures scalability in response to the business growth of its customers, and it operates multiple data centers on the same premises. This service is provided via the data center's in-premises connection service "Cross Connect" and the campus connection service "Campus Connect," so it can be used securely while eliminating the issues of bandwidth restrictions and latency caused by increasing data volumes, which are issues with standard GPU as a Service provided over the Internet.

In addition, MC Digital Realty's data centers provide excellent access to Digital Realty's data center locations in over 300 locations in over 50 cities in over 25 countries across six continents, as well as to a rich data community of customers, partners, 1,100 cloud and IT services, and 1,200 network services through the interconnection solution "ServiceFabric™" provided based on Digital Realty's open, global data center platform "PlatformDIGITAL®", supporting real-time and efficient data utilization, which is essential for AI development and utilization. In addition, the launch of "AI XCHANGE powered by Cloud Bouquet" further expands Digital Realty's open ecosystem for private AI, "Private AI Exchange (AIPx) Powered by ServiceFabric™", making this service available not only to Digital Realty customers in Japan but also overseas.

Macnica offers the "AI TRY NOW PROGRAM" support program, which provides a free verification environment based on a GPU computing platform, and has moved the platform to NRT10. We will continue to introduce the latest GPUs, aiming to provide users with an even better development environment.

Ryoyo Electro has launched the "RYOYO AI Techmate Program," an AI implementation support program that provides a GPU-based development environment, as well as an "AI human resource development and technical support program" and "corporate matching" to provide personnel resources and know-how when faced with challenges. Through these various GPU-related supports, we will resolve the technical and operational issues that accompany companies' AI development.
